Questions, answered

Which markets and platforms does LiJournal support?

Built specifically for futures traders — NQ, ES, MNQ, MES, CL, GC and the rest. Tradovate connects natively: your trades import automatically on every sync, and you can pull your entire history in one click. Manual entry and CSV import cover any other platform, and native NinjaTrader / TopstepX integrations are in development.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your trade data is stored encrypted in your own Supabase row. We never share it, sell it, or use it for ads. You can export and delete everything from your profile at any time.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your profile in one click — you keep Pro features until the end of the billing period. No questions, no retention pressure.

How does the free trial and refunds work?

You get a 14-day free trial (a payment method is required to start it). Cancel anytime before it ends and you’re never charged. If you don’t cancel, it converts to a paid subscription. After billing, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires — the trial is your risk-free window to decide. One trial per customer.

What happens to my trades if my subscription ends?

Nothing is deleted. Your full trade history stays — the account just becomes read-only: you can still view and export everything, you just can’t add or edit until you resubscribe.
